This survey is being conducted by an independent researcher (ASDF Research) to help Council and other services learn about the issues faced by people in our community relating to Coronavirus/Covid-19. It will help Council plan our municipal relief and recovery effort and inform the next Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan.

The survey is anonymous and will take up to 15 minutes to complete.
