Project update:
The consultation from February to April sought to obtain feedback from people who know the activity centre best (local traders, businesses, workers, residents and other stakeholders) to find out what should be retained, improved or changed in Central West.
The feedback received will inform subsequent phases of the project leading up to the preparation of a draft Structure Plan. Council will organise a second round of consultation with the community to obtain feedback on the draft Structure Plan, anticipated in October 2020.
Work on the draft Structure Plan is currently underway. Council was provided an update including findings from the previous community consultation on 30 June 2020 and the Council report is now available online for public download here.
