Help us improve how we connect with you

We are currently reviewing the key policies and strategies that guide our community engagement and customer service, which includes:

  • the Community Engagement Policy
  • Putting Customers First Strategy
  • the Complaints Policy.

You can share feedback by:

  • completing the online survey
  • sending us an audio file using the SpeakPipe tool
  • adding to the online post-it wall and see what others are saying
  • talking with us in person at one of our upcoming in-person events
  • emailing the Community Engagement Team at communityengagement@maribyrnong.vic.gov.au
  • calling us and asking to chat to a member of the Community Engagement Team at 03 9688 0200.
