Consultation for the Harris and Cowper Street redevelopment project has now concluded. Thank you for your feedback.
Council is looking to redevelop Harris Street and Cowper Street in Footscray.
The refurbishment would provide numerous benefits to the community through the creation of shared open green spaces for locals to enjoy, as well as improved safety and accessibility to the area for all road users. This would also involve the proposed closure of Harris Street between Hyde and Cowper streets.
