Thank you to everyone who took part in our recent engagement! Your ideas helped shape the direction of this year’s End of Year Celebration.

Based on the feedback gathered, the celebration will embrace a retro theme. A fun throwback that reflects the creativity and energy of our young people.

The celebration will be held on Friday 28 November at Phoenix Youth Hub.

We’re excited to share that the event will feature a performance by a young person from our Amplify Committee.

The Amplify Committee plays a key role planning music events and arts events for other young people in the City of Maribyrnong. We are proud to showcase their talent at this year’s celebration.

Last year, we held our celebrations at Phoenix Youth Hub in Footscray. We danced, had photo booths and cowboy hat bedazzling, along with food trucks and DJ JC King.
