Improving customer service for our community
Our new four‑year Putting Customers First Strategy 2026-29 will set out how Council can deliver services that are easier to access, more reliable and better suited to our diverse community both now and into the future.
The Strategy was presented at the 16 June 2026 Council Meeting, and was endorsed.
