Consultation has concluded

The draft concept designs for NeXT: Footscray Library, Cultural and Community Hub are open for public consultation and we would like to hear your feedback and ideas.

The aim of the project is to create a library, community and cultural hub for the West that provides our growing and diverse community with a library of the future, combining multipurpose facilities with green space in an innovative building that will provide our residents with a space to read, work, create and perform .

This is an exciting project for the City of Maribyrnong and Western region, and will require community support as well as 3-tier funding; with financial commitments required from Council, State and Federal governments.
